In 2006, after reading about several sports training businesses, we realized a need for private and group linemen training existed. If you are a quarterback, receiver or kicker there is specialized training. There are basketball, baseball & soccer skills training camps and instruction. Linemen don't seem to have as many opportunites for position specific training. This is how Football Instruction America was born!

Derek Spangler
15 years experience playing offensive line at the Little League, Middle School, High School and Collegiate levels (JMU). Achieved a number of all-star accolades including Most Valuable Lineman at both High School and College levels. Full college scholarship and two year letterman.

Bryan Lindsey
13 years playing all 6 offensive line positions and defensive line in Little League, Middle School, High School and College (UNC-Chapel Hill). Full college scholarship and 3 time letterman.
